Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we do not require you to sign a contract!

How does billing work?

We will email you an invoice every four weeks for the next four weeks of service.  Payment is always due before your next service.  Pay online anytime!  All returned checks will incur a $25.00 processing fee.

What if I don't get an invoice?

If you don't receive your invoice, please contact us immediately.  We will be happy to email you another copy of your invoice.  We are not responsible for lost or misdirected invoices.

What if I want to cancel your service?

You can cancel your service at any time for any reason.

Do I have to be home while you work?

No, but your gate will need to be unlocked and if your dog is aggressive it will need to be inside your home.

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes.  Scoopers can not climb or jump fences.  Please have your gate unlocked on your service day.  You will be charged for a cleaning even if we are unable to access your yard because we took the time and gas to come to your home.  We will also have to scoop twice as much poop on the next visit!

What do you do with the scooped poop?

It is bagged and placed inside your outdoor trash can, or placed in a designated area.

Do you work year round or in bad weather?

We work year round to rid your yard of waste.  If we can't make it on your service day due to bad weather, your scooper will spend twice as much time on the next service visit, removing twice as much dog poop, to ensure that you get the most for your money.

I haven't mowed my yard in awhile. Is this a problem?

Yes, long grass and accumulated leaves or debris are an issue for us.  We will still be happy to do a systematic cleaning of your yard on a regular basis and remove all the waste we can see but because it would just take way too long we cannot guarantee a waste free yard if there is unmowed grass and/or accumulation of leaves, debris, etc.

Can you work with my dog in the yard?

Yes, as long as your dog is friendly and we have been properly introduced.  Dogs are naturally territorial, so want to make sure no incidents happen.  If your dog is unfriendly or is likely to make escape attempts when the gate is open, it is not a good idea to have your dog out.

Do you pick up the dog poop in the front yard?

Yes, upon request only!  Just notify your scooper and they will scoop your front and backyard.
